EU AI Act

NEXO answers your questions with an AI system, not a person. Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — the EU Artificial Intelligence Act — requires that you be told this plainly, and this page is where we tell you.

Your question is matched against a library of documents that a person at NEXO has read against the official source and marked as verified. A general-purpose AI model then drafts an answer from the passages it retrieves, and every answer carries links to the official pages it came from. The model is not free to answer from its own memory of Spanish immigration rules: when the library holds nothing relevant, NEXO says so instead of guessing.

The system produces procedural guidance — which form, which office, which order, what to bring. It is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. It does not answer questions about irregular status, arraigo, family reunification, appeals or refusals, and points you to a qualified professional instead. Official procedures and fees change without notice; the citation on each answer shows you the source so you can check it yourself, and you should.

No document reaches the answer library without a named person verifying it against the official source first. Mistakes we find, or that you report, are corrected in the underlying document rather than patched in a single answer.
