By using NEXO Spain you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NEXO Spain explains official Spanish administrative procedures — padrón, NIE and TIE, the EX forms, Modelo 790-012 and similar — in English, Spanish and Russian, with citations to official sources, and points you to the official document you need. The directory of official forms is public and free.

NEXO provides procedural guidance, not legal, tax or immigration advice, and guarantees no outcome or processing time. The authoritative source is always the official one, and verifying current requirements before you submit anything remains your responsibility. See the separate not-legal-advice page, which is linked in the footer of every page.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Access is by a sign-in link sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. Guided procedures rely on what you enter, and incorrect information produces incorrect preparation.

Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation or any unlawful purpose. Do not enter Cl@ve, digital-certificate or banking credentials into any field. Do not scrape it, bulk-query it, or try to work around its safety limits, and do not resell what it produces without written permission.

Three questions can be asked without an account, and twenty more once you sign in, at no cost. The Ask Pass costs €12 and adds fifty questions over thirty days on top of those. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own hosted page; we never see or store card details. Access is personal and cannot be transferred. The Ask Pass is not yet on sale.

Where NEXO offers an introduction to an immigration lawyer, gestoría or sworn translator, that professional is engaged on their own account and under their own terms. Their advice is their responsibility, not ours, and NEXO is not a party to that engagement.

The explanations, checklists, design and software are ours. The official forms and documents belong to the Spanish public administrations that issue them; they are linked and referenced here, never claimed as ours.

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of its guidance, for errors in third-party official sources, for the outcome of any administrative procedure, or for interruptions of service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time; see the privacy policy.

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live, and nothing here removes that. Questions about these terms go to hola@nexospain.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and we will tell registered users about material changes.
